Online donation policy -
This policy, hereinafter referred to as the Policy, defines the rules for the provision of services by the Buy Responsible Foundation, ul. Sławkowska 12, 31-014 Kraków, KRS: 0000496918, NIP: 676-247-29-99, REGON: 123045496, hereinafter referred to as the Foundation, an electronic service consisting in enabling people using the website to transfer cash donations, for statutory activities of the Foundation.
Whenever this Policy refers to the Donor, it should be understood as any person using the website in order to make a donation.
By using the donation page, the Donor declares and confirms that he/she has read the Policy and accepts its provisions.

How are the donations collected
  1. The donation can be made after entering the website and following the instructions on the website of the payment operator.
  2. Donations are made on the website via payment operators:
- one-off donations through electronic transfer and the BLIK mobile payment system via Przelewy24 - PayPro S.A. st. Pastelowa 8, 60-198 Poznań, NIP 779-236-98-87, REGON 301345068.
- recurring donations (more information below) by card (credit or debit) or a PayPal account via PayPal (Europe) S.à r.l. et Cie, S.C.A. 22-24 Boulevard Royal L-2449 Luxembourg.
  1. When making a donation, the Donor may choose one of the amounts suggested at or enter any amount of his choice in the "Other" field.
Regular donations in the form of recurring payments
  1. By choosing to make a donation in the form of a recurring payment, the Donor decides that the Payment Operator (PayPal) will charge the payment card with the amount of money corresponding to the amount of the selected or entered donation.
  2. The recurring donation will be collected by the Payment Operator once a month.
  3. As part of the recurring payment service, the donor has the option of saving card details. These are stored by the payment operator. The payment operator, acting as an intermediary in making the payment, provides a Token for recurring payments (virtual card identifier), which enables assigning a unique identifier to an individual Donor, with the help of which the Donor regularly makes payments to the Foundation.
  4. The Foundation does not collect or process data from Donors' payment cards (credit or debit cards) in its IT system. These data are provided by the Donor only to the Payment Operator.
  5. The Donor's data, the title and the amount of the payment are provided to the payment operator by the Foundation. The order is sent for registration after the operator receives the payment.
  6. If there are no funds on the account or the authorization limit is too low, the declared amount will not be charged.
  7. On the day on which the Donor's card expires, charging the card will cease and donations will not be collected. Subsequent donations can be made by the Donor after renewing the card and re-establishing a regular payment on the website with a new card.

Deposit security

We protect your deposits with a secure SSL certificate, just like your bank. Thanks to it, all transmitted information is encrypted. In order to make payments, we use secure payment operators Przelewy24 and PayPal.
Complaints and resignation from making a donation, including recurring payments
  1. Resignation from recurring payments is possible at any time. It can be done by sending a notification to the following address: Please put the words: "Resignation from donation" in the subject of the message.
  2. The Donor has the right to request the return of the donation within 7 days of its payment. In order to obtain a refund, please write an e-mail to: The money will be returned within a maximum of 60 days from the date of notification. Please include the words "Donation Return" in the subject line of your message.
  3. In case of any problems regarding recurring payments (subscription, complaint, change of the amount), please send a notification to the e-mail address
Tax exemptions
The Foundation is a public benefit organization. Pursuant to the provisions of law, art. 26 sec. 1 point 9 of the Personal Income Tax Act, it is possible to deduct the value of donations from the income in the tax year.
Donations made for the Foundation's activities can be deducted from income:
– a natural person up to the amount equal to 6% of income before tax (Article 26(1)(9) of the Personal Tax Act),
– a legal person up to an amount equal to 10% of income before tax (Article 18(1)(1) and (7) of the Corporate Tax Act).
